Pink Lady apples are crisp and firm with a tart, slightly sweet, rich flavor. While the trees are vigorous and hardy, they do have a long ripening season. Generally warmer areas are better to ensure fruit ripening each year. Despite the longer ripening time, they do store well.

Apples require pollinators, so another variety of apple should be nearby for production. They are a cross between Golden Delicious and Lady Williams, so these will not work as pollinators. Some recommended pollinators include Cortland, Granny Smith, Empire, Freedom, Jonathan or Sweet Sixteen.

This tree is Zone 5, so it will do well in areas such as Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls.

Trees need full sun and should be planted minimum 10ft apart from other fruit trees.
